Zac is Founder and General Counsel of Centenal Group, with over 20 years legal experience, admitted to practice in England & Wales, and is a former Partner of various international law firms including, Harneys, Ogier, Lawrence Graham and Gowling WLG advising on all areas of international private client law.

 

Zac has particular expertise advising on international regulatory law and has lectured and written extensively on the OECD Common Reporting Standard (CRS) and the related Mandatory Disclosure Rules (MDRs). As a result, Zac has been retained by a number of leading private banks, trust companies, wealthy individuals and families and governmental authorities and regulators to advise on the practical implementation of the CRS and MDRs.

 

Zac has now taken the step to leverage the power of information technology to create innovative enterprise application software solutions and online training and simulations for use by Financial Institutions, Business Professionals and UHNW families and individuals.

Zac is the Founder of the Centenal Group, comprising Centenal Compliance a business unit dedicated to advising Financial Institutions on their obligations under the OECD Common Reporting Standard, as well as Centenal Technology the creators of “CRS Expert” the first enterprise application software to reduce the CRS to a working algorithm.
